No matter how tough your problem is, you will never be turned down. Sometimes, if the problem is totally extreme and the answer does not have to be immediate it may take up to two days for my answer. However, that is in very rare cases. My responce will take anywhere from 5 minutes after the problem, to an hour depending on how tough and how busy I am. Sometimes I will not be able to take any problems on certain Wednesdays or sometimes weekends. Because of my schooling, my working time ranges. Certain days I will be on at 3:00 EST and others 5:00 EST. I try to make my solutions as perfect as possible, and if it doesn't work out, you can always talk to me.
